Any exercise is better than no exercise.
Believe me when I say that starting this blog is a way to hold myself accountable. Thinking “I am going for a walk today” rarely results in my actually going for a walk. Telling myself that “I am going to blog my walk today” actually motivated me to get out of the house. I love to make plans and lists. If I plan a blog post, then I do it.

Accomplished: 2.46 miles
Short, sure. But I do live at the bottom of a hill. The walk definitely feels much longer. Anything is better than nothing!
